ご宿泊予約の締め切りは、2日前となります。 - ご宿泊予約は3ヶ月前から承っております。
- ご宿泊予約希望のご連絡をいただき、こちらで空室状況を確認後、メールにてご連絡させていただきます。
ご宿泊予約成立は、こちらからご連絡を差し上げてからとなります。 - メールソフトの設定によって、迷惑メールフォルダに振り分けられることがあります。
メールが届かない場合は、迷惑メールフォルダのご確認をお願いいたします。また一週間たっても連絡ない場合は、恐れ入りますが再度連絡ください。

- After receiving your reservation request, we will check room availability and contact you by e-mail.
- Reservations are not confirmed until we contact you.
- Depending on the settings of your e-mail software, your e-mail may be sorted into a spam folder.
- If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder. If you do not hear from us after a week, please contact us again.

- チェックイン 16:00〜21:00 (21時以降は受付不可) 21時までにお越しでない場合は不泊扱いとさせて頂き、取消料を請求させて頂きますので予めご了承下さいませ。 (どうしても都合がつかない場合は、宿泊予約時にその旨記載ください)
- チェックアウト ～10:00
- フロントオープン時間16:00〜21:00
- チェックイン前に荷物を預けたい場合は要相談
▼お支払いについて
- お支払いはチェックイン時に現金・クレジットカード・PayPay・交通系ICカードにてお願いいたします。
▼キャンセルポリシー
- 宿泊7日前から4日前のキャンセル 予定宿泊全日分料金の50%
- 宿泊3日前からチェックイン当日のキャンセルまたは不泊 予定宿泊全日分料金の100%

- 全館禁煙です
- 客室での飲食行為はお控えください。
- 備品および建物の破損、紛失された場合はかかった費用をお客さまに請求させていただきます。
- 荷物、貴重品のか管理は各自でお願いいたします。
- 施設内での紛失、盗難等についての責任は一切負いかねます。
- どんちゃん騒ぎや、意図的な建物破損、ほかのお客さまへや近隣住民への迷惑行為等がみうけられる場合は、宿泊予約完了後でも、お断りさせていただくことがございますので、ご了承ください。

▼ About the stay
- Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00 (Not accepted after 21:00) Please note that if you do not arrive by 21:00, you will not be able to stay the night and we will charge you a cancellation fee. (If you are unable to make it, please indicate so when you make your reservation.)
- Check-out time ~10:00
- Front desk opens from 16:00 to 21:00
- If you wish to leave your luggage before check-in, please contact us.
▼ Payment Policy
- Payment can be made upon check-in by cash, credit card, PayPay, or transportation IC card.
▼ Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation from 7 to 4 days prior to check-in 50% of the room charge for the entire scheduled stay.
- Cancellation 3 days prior to the check-in date or no-show: 100% of the full-day rate for the scheduled stay
▼ Others
- No smoking in the entire building.
- Please refrain from eating and drinking in your room.
- In case of damage or loss of equipment or building, the cost will be charged to the guest.
- Please take care of your luggage and valuables by yourself.
- We are not responsible for any loss or theft of any items in the facility.
- Please note that we reserve the right to refuse reservations for guests who are found to be making a fuss, intentionally damaging the building, or causing disturbances to other guests or neighbors, even after the reservation has been completed.
